- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Had to wait almost 2 weeks for a product. I got told that it would be delivered within 3-4 working days. Rang several times being told different excuses. It's been sent, oh we haven't sent it yet, it's not in stock, it's not arrived yet, if you ring again Monday we will order it for you. When asking for my money back I got told this would also take 3-4 working days. I waited 4 days still no refund. Rang again and got told to wait a few more days or go to bank. Bank couldn't help. Rang once more after 10 days to then be told it's in process and have to wait another 24 hours. Waited 24 hours, still no refund.
